Hap Ki Do teaches students how to redirect an opponent’s energy, apply joint locks, deliver controlled strikes, and maintain balance in unpredictable situations. With roots in several martial traditions—including Daitō-ryū Aiki-jūjutsu, traditional Korean kicking arts, Tang Soo Do striking, and judo-style throws—Hap Ki Do provides one of the most well-rounded self-defense systems practiced today.
