At the Salt Fork YMCA, water safety is a key part of our mission. Our aquatics program is available to help any individual develop their fullest potential, encourage awareness, and gain confidence around water. Not only is the water fun to play in, but it is also a great way to exercise.

Group Swim Lessons
Taught by certified swim instructors to teach your child how to become a safe and confident swimmer.
Lifeguard Class
Training that is valuable everywhere. Learn all skills necessary to promote safety in and around water.
Private Swim Lessons
Work one-on-one with a swim instructor to improve on a specific skill or learn on an individual basis.
Masters Swim
Taught by certified ALTS instructor to teach you about swimming as a sport working on endurance and technique.
Manta Rays Swim Team
Join our non-competitive swim team that focuses on conditioning to improve swimming skills.
Water Aerobics
For all ages, abilities and levels you'll experience a low-impact workout using water's natural resistance.
