2026 FRIDAY NIGHT LIGHTS
(childcare not available) Marshall CrossFit does not allow kids in the box. The YMCA child watch is not available on Friday evenings so please make other arrangements for your little ones.
WHEN: Fridays 5:30 PM-7:00 PM @ the Marshall CrossFit BOX

COST: $35 YMCA Members/$40 Non-Members
(must register for event through the YMCA to attend)
- You DO NOT have to register for the CrossFit Open to participate
- Includes 2026 Marshall CrossFit Friday Night Lights Open t-shirt
- 1 workout per night (WOD will be released night before)
- Open to anyone (ages 13 and up)
- We will be doing the 2026 CrossFit Open Workouts
- Haven’t done CrossFit, no problem we will have scalable options for all fitness levels
- We will multiple heats according to time, equipment and space.
