CrossFit focuses on the FUN in FUNctional Fitness. This program strengthens and serves all. Participants will join an inclusive, welcoming community where they will have an opportunity to learn and reach their personal goals through fitness.
Each 60-minute class is instructor-led from start to finish. Coaches will lead you through workouts and push you towards your goals. All WOD (Work out of the Day) can be modified and made appropriate for all fitness levels. This rewarding program is structured around strength, stamina, endurance, pwoer, agility, balance, coordination, felibility, and most of all COMMUNITY!

Individual: Member $40 / Community Member $85

Drop In: $20
