Hap Ki Do

Hap Ki Do, commonly translated as “The Art of Coordinated Power,” is a dynamic Korean martial art program designed to help individuals grow physically and mentally in a positive, structured environment. This program is offered to both youth and adults.

Students will learn strikes, kicks, joint locks, safe falling techniques, and controlled movements, all in a supportive environment. Led by a certified instructor, classes emphasize skill, balance, and smart movement over strength, helping participants develop confidence, focus, and discipline.

Hap Ki Do also promotes respect, personal growth, and a sense of community, making it a great way to stay active, build character, and connect with others at the Y.
